The El Capitan has always been generous when it comes to offering their services and resources to CVP. The have donated champagne to our Trans and Gender Diverse Brunch, staff for our 2022 Merced Queer Film Festival, and allowed us to use their beautiful spaces for community events and activities. The Mainzer has housed CVP for educational workshops, films and celebrations for MQFF2022, and even community social brunches in their restaurant. Coming in 2023 the El Capitan will be providing us space for our free self defense class and a Trans Day of Remembrance event.
